Delete your account and data

You can delete your MCM Journal account and all of its data yourself, at any time.

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in at app.mcmjournal.com or in the app
2. Go to Settings → Security → Delete account and all data
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Attached chart images are deleted with it.

To keep a copy, export first under Settings → Export all my data.

Can't sign in?

Email support@mcmjournal.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my account". We verify that it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your user account, email address and two-step verification data
• Trading accounts, deposits and withdrawals, trades, notes, tags, reviews, playbook, profit goals and chart images

Data in the service is deleted immediately. Copies in encrypted backups expire and are deleted within 90 days, as described in the privacy policy.
